can we give castor oil with honey to drink for constipation? my toddler boy is 21 months old

No , please don't
It's a very good lexative but should not.be used to treat children.
You may gve her a spoon of lukewarm water every half an hour in the day time
Give her tomato soup, drumsticks soup , moong soup
Don't use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
