Can we give Amul cheese spread for 9 month ?baby

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. giving Cheese slice is being advised after 1 year of age to the baby before that giving may cause constipation or indigestion so better to avoid and give more of easy to digest food which includes green leafy vegetables and sprouted grains
