can we give 1 spoon of water for 3 months baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need, give only breast milk. Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. so do continue exclusive breast feeding till 6 mth.
