AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. As ur baby is 3 months old now, Yes u can apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
Also give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. Take care
