Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

In starting there is no need to add salt and sugar in babies food. Because it is very easy for babies to accept the natural taste of food. Once your baby Turns 9 months old then you can start adding all these things but the time but in the starting try to give without it
