can we add little sugar in milk for one year old baby

Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children and may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
