can v use xymex drops for gas on baby and baby stomach is big in size due to gas. can this drops help

A. how many days must v give colic drops as my son makes sound whenever I breastfeeding

A. okay no problem huvssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
