Use any baby lotion soap which is chemicals free additives free and parabean free
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Mamaearth Himalaya JHONSON are some good brand
Give adequate water
Maintain hygiene
