You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
but don't add salt n sugar in baby food.

8 AM-ragi porridge
12 AM-any vegetable Purée
4 PM-any fruit Purée
8 PM-rice and dal porridge. you can give Dal water and water. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, dry fruits, citric fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year. Always feed semisolid food in sitting position. Make sure there is a gap of two hours to breastfeed or give any liquid feed.Write Your Answer Here
