can some one tell for bottle feeding is it necessary to change bottle every month?and nipple should be changed after 3 mnths to medium flow??and how to clean so that bottles will be hygenie

Ideally you should avoid giving bottle feed
Because there is higher risk of infection in nipples.
Yes bottles should be changed every 3 months. nipples to be changed every month
Use a baby bottle cleaner liquid to clean. & dip in boiled water to sterililse
