can Mango flavoured syrup(A to Z Multivitamin mango flavoured) will cause cough in babies? my baby boy will have cold n cough for fruits,so im not offering any kind of fruits, recently started A to Z and calcimax for him, after that i noticed cough in him, So im asking ths question pls Don't mind🙏

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no possibility of baby having cold and cough if the baby will be taking multivitamin syrup having flavour of mango it is totally a misconception . . . .
