can I use Raw milk for my 2 months Old baby face and body

but oil massage is more healthy.. Massaging make the baby relax and enhances sleep. It also keeps the bones and muscles strong and healthy also nourish the skin.
You can use pure oils.

Yes u can use raw milk on the body and face of the baby. There is no problem in that.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
