can I use nasal drops daily irrespective of nasal block for my 3 month old baby

A. My baby is 2 nd half monthly but she's making lots of bubbles on her mouth ...? why she's doing like this

A. no problem using saline nasal drops Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
