Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is better to use ice fomentation there and give paracetamol to reduce pain and swelling here than for more guidance you discuss with your doctor and he will clear all the further queries and you will be givecn all the relevant guidance and information required which you can follow ......
