can I take remaining calcium and iron tablets this time after delivery ..during feeding period ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. definitely can take the same. Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby.
do take protein rich food n adequate fluids.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello ypu can be taking the prescribed dosage of the supplement and do not take too much also and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
