Can I take CCM tablets I’m breastfeeding mother my daughter is 9 month old

A. yes you can take calcium supplementation but it should be given only in guidance with the doctor so do not take by yourself consult your doctor and the doctor will guide you accordingly

A. hi parent this is a supplement and it should be taken after due prescription from your doctor take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
