Can I swaddle my baby everyday and everytime when she is sleepy? my baby is 2.5 months old

A. Yes u may and it’s good for the child as it helps in relaxing and sleeping well and helps in straightening the body is the child and relaxes more so they sleep well so yes u should go ahead with that .. so yes u can do it uptill the age of 3-4 months
