Baby is around 5 months old. We always swaddle her for quiet sleep, if she pushes her one arm out from swaddle while sleeping, then she wakes up completely after 2 mins, how can we help to let her sleep without swaddle?

A. Then do not use the sheet make your child sleep directly onto the bed feed and gently pack the back and make your child sleep that’s what is going to help if you need to break up then you need to get rid of it completely the initial time is tough but then the child eventually gets used to it
