can I stop breast feeding after 1 year and can I give him cow milk

You should continue breastfeeding till the age of 18 months to 2 year if you have good amount of feeding but yes you can introduce complimentary feeding of cows milk as breastfeeding is very important and healthy for a child so you should at least try and feed your child for at least 18 months to 2 years
