Amalu ArunMom of a 1 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. normally after 3 months of delivery you can start mild exercise and drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. unhealthy diet cause low milk supply so do not have sudden and unhealthy diet ,take liquids frequently and have good sleep.before starting exercise consult with your gynac because I can't suggest without knowing your health condition so please ask your doctor about exercise and your health.
