If you are a breastfeeding mother than you should avoid taking it. And if you are eating noodles then try to have it in daytime only. Because in night time it will be difficult for your baby to digest it. And don’t take it frequently just take in very less quantity. And if your baby suffered with gastric issues then you can apply Babyhug tummy rollon
