Can I have Apple and banana after just 13 days of normal delivery plz can you suggest foods best for my self and baby as well

A. yes sure mom you can have apple and banana after delivery there is no harm infact daily have 4 to 5 servings of seasonal vegetables / green leafy vegetables and fruits balanced diet having variety of food groups grains and millets pulses, beans, sprouts / egg non veg low fat milk and milk products nuts oilseeds
