Can i go to a tour where the temperature is less than 10 degree with my baby?

Of course you can go anywhere that you want to there’s no problem but you have to see how comfortable you and your child is going to be because in areas where the temperature is low it’s usually windy which makes it feel much lower than what it is so you have to see if you and your child would be comfortable specially the child and why not
