Can I give water and cereals to my 5 months 2 week old baby girl. Past 3days onwards , she’s passing green colour stool

A. Not now if the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling and let his stomach becomes alright and then start initially start with rice kanji and for now keep feeding the baby
