can I give swarna prashan to my 1 yr 9 month old baby how and when to start is it safe?

A. Ma’am actually if your child is eating well and gaining proper weight and growth is good then there is no need to give these supplements if you generally has doctors they don’t recommend and if you want you can give it it is of course safe to be given but should check with your doctor 1st
