can I give soya lactose free milk and cow milk both to my baby cos use cow milk jyada digest nahi hota aur protein to necessarily dena hai wo khata bhi kam hai my baby is one and half year old please help

A. hello mum yes you can give soya milk as well to your baby and see if that is easily digestible for your baby also since your baby is one and half year old you can start giving the millat milk as well which can be retrieved using different methods used a pearl millet ragi started and then you can namo to the other minutes as well that will be a very good content in terms of milk
