can i give pronthi to my 6 months old baby by mashing the bites with fingers?

A. Hello dear parent! It is a bit tough to chew even if it is mashed. Try giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, daal or chaaval paani, mashed fruits and vegetables. Start with one new food at a time. Give sips of water. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
