Can I give oats to my 6mo? If yes , should it be mixed with water or milk or breast milk ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes.. Homemade Oatmeal cereal and porridge is fine to introduce to your baby as a first food..can prepare in cow milk.
Oats are easy to digest and have high nutritive values.you can give oats to your babies as it is packed with Vitamins, Calcium, protein, and minerals.
