Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. oats I very high in fibre and will help relieve any constipation issues. not sure if it will help.in weight gain.for babies it is better to stick to rice or ragi. chapati can be given in small quantity at this stage. oats , give only once in a while.
