Can I give nutmeg to 1month baby?My MIL is insisting to give..So I have given once, will there be any side effects?

Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies .. It contains protective substances that give her immunity to diseases.In the early stages of a baby’s life, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needs. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.

no need to give it to your child
please give plenty of breast milk to your child when you're child is demanding
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
