can I give my baby formula food once if I need to go out and attend an exam, (in case the expressed breast milk is already consumed)

A. Hi mom U can store the breast milk at the room temperature for 5-6 hours and in refrigerator for 24 hours and in deep freezer for few months. So u can express and give in ur absence. If not then yes u can give formula milk to ur baby.
