A. Hello mom they can be given mild flavoured and spiced foods , and easy to digest as well , initially fluids are very much essential to keep them well hydrated . So coconut water , fresh fruit juices , buttermilk, and give them soft consistency foods such as kichcidi, c dalia , idli , upma , vegetable soups etc
