can I give me 6 months old baby paneer or egg ..mashed

A. Yes Cottage cheese cheese curd all these things can be given to the child after the age of six months itself when you introduce semisolid food but not egg egg is only introduced and that the yellow part in the beginning of the ninth month and after 12 months completion you can go ahead with white part also
