can i give gripe water to my kid. he is having gas problem and farting alot with bad smell. havent poop from last 3 days

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 3 months of age if baby is having any digestive issues better consult a Doctor there is no use of using gripe water to the baby .
