can i give gripe water to my baby. my baby is 2 month old

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give gripe water to your 2 months old baby. It is unnecessary and dangerous. They can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
