can I give gripe water to my 10 months baby..? or else tell some alternative medicine for gas or acidity which can aid in proper growth in my baby.

A. If there is this problem kindly take a check with the doctor and give medicine accordingly gripe water is not at all advisable to be given to the child it is worst kind of a product that you can offer and has too many side-effects never ever you should give to your child
