can I give green moong water for my 4 months baby. I want him to be healthy as I am not able to breastfeed him n he is on formula

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no, do not give at the age of 4 month. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and if breast milk is less then you can give baby formula milk and semi solid food like moong dal and all give after six months of baby age.
