can i give domperidone to my 6 weeks baby for nousea, vomiting, pls suggest me?

A. This medicine cannot be given without paediatrician consultation, This medicine is used to treat or prevent reflux (heartburn), and to relieve symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, prolonged feelings of fullness after meals, and loss of appetite. It may also improve feeding problems and spitting up. Domperidone may be used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by other medicines
