can I give cheese to 7 month old? if yes, then which cheese?

Amul is actually a good brand it’s quite reliable also so yes you can give Amul cheese to the child child that is going to be good and healthy but avoid giving it every day because I was starting with food if you give it every day it would be difficult for the child to digest so maybe once or twice to begin with
