ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give Cerelac or any other top food to your 4 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.

or after six months
you can give solids as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin
remember one new food one at a time
