ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, no, you should not give cerelac or any other top food to your baby at the age of 4 months. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
