can I give carrot and beetroot juice directly to my 7 months old baby or do I have to cook it.if I have to cook what is the correct way to cook without losing nutritional values

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. it is not advisable in this age group because there will be some problems related to stomach that your child might not be able to digest and your bye baby might be having issues related to gas so try to avoid right now after completing one year you can give it sometimes to the baby
