Can i give banana to my 7month old in fever? He’s fond of bananas and he’s refusing to eat anything

one should avoid heavy to digest food when she has fever
keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
if she is much interested in banana only then in day time , properly ripe banana ca n be given
