can I give avocado and beteroot puree to my baby if so what time should I give

Yes you can give
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
