can i give ambla juice to baby boy 13 month? what is best diet plan to gain weight?

after one year give all home food to ue child..
Limit the milk intake to maximum 16 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids.
give three meals n 2 snacks a day.
