can I feed Saffola oats to my 9 months old boy baby. if is it ok ..then how can i feed to him. ??

You cannot give ready to eat food to the child you can give or Chhute child but which ever you are preparing fresh at home you cannot go ahead with that ready to eat food and other brand that most of the people prefer giving DJs that’s very unhealthy you cannot go for that

U can grind is finely and then cook is nicely by adding water and cook for about 20-25 minutes following by adding formula milk or breast milk .. u can also add fruits and veggies as per ur babies preference.. u can also make oats khichri..
