Feeding a baby while they are asleep increases the risk of choking, ear infections, and aspiration pneumonia. It is safer to feed your baby in an upright or semi-upright position to ensure proper swallowing and digestion.

Yes if you are very much comfortable feeding your child in the lying down position then you can definitely go ahead with that because it would completely depend on the comfort of yours and your child at the very same time so you both are comfy at the same time then definitely do it later no issues at all
