can I feed my 3 and half year baby after getting covaxin 1st dose.my baby is rarely feed in night only.can I feed him ?

If u have not taken covid vaccination then wait till u quit breastfeeding. It is not safe to take during breastfeeding. It is still not known that this vaccination is safe for the breast feeding mothers or not.
