Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Yeah is not a problem in fact there is no problem in eating any kind of vegetables or fruits during the time of lactation and also include lots of proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian would be good for you to use
