Compared to a glass of milk, which has 10000-12000 mg of lactose per serving, the amount of lactose in Ensure® is clinically insignificant. Therefore, Ensure® is suitable for most people with lactose intolerance.Can be consumed after reconstituting either along with water or with milk.
